Graham Chadwick
Director and CEO
Graham chadwick is an energetic individual, married with 3 children and living in Lancashire UK.
Educated at Bentham Grammar school in the late 70’s. Spent 20 years with a large food retailer at senior level, before assisting to set up a frozen food retail company with multiple outlets across the North England. His next venture was to set up an innovative recycling company manufacturing outdoor street furniture from recycled plastic materials. In the early 2000’s he set up a creative playground business supplying the schools market across the UK. In 2016 he became interested in immersion and simulation experiences and Gener8 was born focusing on education and the health care sector. Gener8 now supply Blended Learning Interactive Simulation Suites across 15 countries world wide.
Liam McClelland
Marketing & Sales Manager
Meet Liam, Gener8’s Marketing & Sales Manager who has been with the company for over 5 years. With experience living and working in Tanzania, Bolivia, and the USA, they bring a global perspective. Outside work, Liam is ordained in the USA, reflecting a commitment to personal values.
Known for building strong client relationships, they excel in developing effective marketing strategies, enhancing brand visibility, and driving revenue growth. Liam is a valued and dedicated member of the Gener8 family, contributing with passion and a unique skill set, making them an asset to the team.
Janet Stead
Office Assistant
Janet is a Lancashire lass, born and raised in Colne, Lancashire.
She has built a succesful career in Customer Services through being pragmatic, straight talking and commercially focused. A true problem solver with attention to detail and organisational skills, she is also a ‘talker’ but makes everyone feel welcome and at home.
Janet is married to Simon and lives in Barrowford with her trusted Merle border collie, Lola and two cats, Minnie and Beryl.
She keeps herself physically active with regular training, classes and has completed the Yorkshire Three Peaks every year since 2011.
Lucy Southwell
Graphic Designer/ Content Creator
Lucy is Gener8’s Senior Medical Illustrator. Despite the title, Lucy works with a variety of clients to help achieve their project goals – from developing virtual medical seminars to adapting children’s books for assisted reading, Lucy brings her creative background to every brief she completes.
Motivated by a passion for learning, Lucy takes every measure to design new and innovative ways of approaching education – Having previously worked with museums and archives to design engaging exhibition material, and going so far as to code a game based on the human immune system as a part of her Masters degree.
Becky Ormerod
Lead Graphic designer
Becky is one of the Graphic Designers here at Gener8. She works with customers to create bespoke content that elevates their simulation space, producing a new level of learning.
Originally from Preston, Becky now lives in Burnley with her partner and 2 dogs, Lottie and Ginny. Her passion for being creative continues when at home, as she likes to embroider, crochet and can often be found re-decorating several rooms in the house!
Blessing Odeleye
XR Development Lead
Hi! I’m Blessing Odeleye, the XR Solutions Developer at Gener8 Spaces. I fuse innovative technology with artistic creativity to revolutionize how we learn. When I’m not crafting virtual realities, you might find me immersed in a video game, lost in a book, or creating art.
Driven by curiosity, I’m always eager to explore new tech frontiers and express my creativity in every project!
Marcus Farran
IT Manager
Marcus, our IT manager, brings a wealth of experience in IT support to our team. With a strong technical background and a proven track record in solving complex IT challenges, he plays a key role in ensuring our systems run smoothly and efficiently.
Outside of work, Marcus is a devoted family man who cherishes quality time with his loved ones. He’s also an avid gamer, always ready for a new challenge or adventure in the virtual world. Marcus’s blend of technical expertise and personal interests makes him a valuable member of our team.
